Start with a medium course grind setting.
Prep and Preheat
Fold the paper filter along the bonded seams and insert into the Clever brewer. Fill with hot water to rinse the paper filter, then release the water from the Clever device by setting the dripper atop a mug, discarding rinse water.
Weigh and Grind
Weigh your beans, we recommend 22 grams of unground coffee to 375 grams of water. Grind, tare your scale and add your ground coffee to your filter. Place on scale, and tare to “0.”
Fill Kettle with hot water to about 2/3 full.
Begin pouring slowly saturating all grounds. Once you've reached your desired weight, stop pouring, stir the grounds once to eliminate dry spots. Place lid on dripper and let steep. At 3:00 minutes, stir twice and place dripper on cup to begin drawdown.
Clean and Enjoy!
Once cup is full, remove dripper and enjoy!
